2024 Trioliet Solomix 2 Biogas 3000

The challenge facing every biogas producer is to generate as much energy as possible with a minimum amount of input. Generating a positive yield is not always easy, however. A major factor is the type of delivery system used to transport the residual feed to the digester. Trioliet supplies stationary mixers with vertical augers and capacities ranging from 10 to 80 m³. The Solomix 2 STAT Biogas features 2 augers and is available in volumes ranging from 12-40 m³.

• The machine is equipped with one discharge door as standard

• Two mixing augers with planetary drive mechanism driven by one or two electric motor(s)

• Trioform auger knives

• Mixing augers with 15 mm winding / 18 mm auger wings (1200 - 2000)

• Mixing augers with 22 mm winding / 25 mm auger wings (from 2400)

• Four height-adjustable supports with the option to install weigh bars for the various set-up options

• Two manually operated counter knives

• Detachable auger bases (from 2400)
